HOW THE CONTEST WORKS :
Your participation in the HUDDIE Breeders Cup Contest is 50 horseshoes per entry – email email@example.com for ways to send horseshoes, where all wagers are mythical. Each contestant may purchase up to (3) entries per email into the contest. Contestants compete for horseshoes which will be mailed not later than the following Saturday after the end of the contest (November 10, 2018).
PLAYING THE HUDDIE BREEDERS CUP CONTEST :
Contest participants are required to make one selection (plus one backup) in each Breeders Cup Race for a total of 14 selections, including one DOUBLE DOWN selection for each day. There are (5) Breeders Cup races Friday 11/2/18 and (9) on Saturday 11/3/18. All selections for each day must be made 15 minutes before the printed post time (according to the Brisnet PP’s) of the first scheduled Breeders Cup race of the day. ALL PICKS MUST BE MADE ON www.huddiecontest.com NO TEXT OR EMAIL PICKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
The total mythical pari-mutuel payouts will be based on the official race results and will accrue to the game player’s mythical bankroll throughout the game player’s contest eligibility. All results will be reconciled prior to midnight. Standings will be posted on the Challenge website. Your bankroll accrual is based on Win/Place/Show mutual results for the associated live races, therefore: A. If your selection in any of the day’s contest races finishes first, paying $18.40 to win, $7.20 to place and $5.00 to show; your mythical bankroll will be credited or increased by $30.60 on that selection ($18.40 plus $7.20 plus $5.00). B. If your selection in one of the day’s races finishes third, paying $4.80 to show; your mythical bankroll will be credited or increased by $4.80 on that selection. For DOUBLE DOWN pick, same scoring format, but each double down selection is worth twice the amount. The HUDDIE BC bankroll scoring is based on final race pari-mutuel information. Up to date leader board information at www.huddiecontest.com will be available after the races are official and results are calculated. Payouts for Huddie BC Contest are not capped.
The DOUBLE DOWN selection is limited to ONE each day and does NOT carry forward. Failure to use the DOUBLE DOWN on Friday does not increase your total to 2 on Saturday.
LEADER BOARD :
Contestants can check www.huddiecontest.com for the latest leader board standings (all standings will be updated by midnight after final post of each day's races).
CONTEST SELECTION TIMES :
All participants' race day selections must be made 15 minutes prior to the first Breeders Cup Race on each day. Picks close by 3:06 PM ET on Friday, 11/2/18 and by 11:45 AM ET on Saturday, 11/3/18. You are permitted to change or cancel selections up until that time. Selection Scratches: If your main selection is scratched, your backup pick is your new selection.
